The organizing committee has made a block booking for a limited number
of reduced rate rooms at Loews-Le Concorde Hotel. Early registrants will
be given priority if the demand for accommodation exceeds the number of
rooms available. Room rate per night during the symposium: $205.00 (Can)
plus tax for single/double occupancy. Additional person is $20.00 with a
maximum of three persons per room.
Participants must specify the reference of the symposium (PEP26J) to obtain the reduced rate.
Each participant must make its own reservation directly with the Hotel which must be confirmed by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Dinners). Please contact directly the Hotel for any information or subsequent changes concerning housing:

All foreign visitors and Americans traveling to Canada need a valid passport. Entry Visa may be required for residents of certain countries. For details, participants are advised to contact their travel agency or the nearest Canadian Consulate or Québec Delegation.
The weather in Québec at the end of June can be windy and the nights, cool with an average temperature of 22°C during the day. Summer clothing is suggested.
The official site of the symposium is Loews-Le Concorde Hotel which is located in the heart of downtown, front-row on The Historic Plains of Abraham. Transportation is within 25 min from Jean-Lesage International Airport (Taxi, fixed rate $32.50) or 10 min from Via Rail dowtown train station. Choice of limousine as car rental services are available at the airport.
Parking at the hotel will also be available at a daily fee of $23.00
